I knew Mr. Sadocha when I worked at another restaurant, so I was familiar with his work ethics. When I opened my restaurant in 1992, I didn’t hesitate to call him. He was so helpful. He anticipated my needs, some of which I hadn’t thought of. He goes above and beyond ordinary service. If I need something in a hurry, he is right there. He is always there if I am in a jam. If I need advice on things not even related to his products, he is right there with good suggestions. Without question, I would recommend Mr. Sadocha. His service, help, and advice is priceless. When my meat grinder broke, I panicked, because the cost of a new one was out of the question. I called him for advice.
